After I checked out early in the morning and was at the Airport I realized that I had left my rings in the room. I called back to the hotel and Shawn, the front desk gentlemen that checked me out, put me on hold and went to my room to check. Sure enough...I left not only my rings but my earrings and lighter. He was kind enough to drive to the airport in his own vehicle and delivery everything to me. This is more then I could have ever expected. Please make sure Shawn is rewarded for taking that extra step to make sure a customer was happy. I am extremely grateful for SHawn!

Joy was the BEST! Very friendly and helpful and a delight to talk to. The location for exploring downtown is perfect. Walk out the door and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Karalee Fleming made my stay the best. I came to Helena to take a exam on the 26th and after I checked into my room. The room next to mine had a dog that barked nonstop. Karalee was able to move me to another room so I could have a good night sleep. Thank you Karalee. You are the best.

shampoos and soaps in room were luxury grade, not cheap. nice towels. coffee station, microwave, fridge was nice to have. cookies on arrival was nice. there IS a shuttle to airport available and getting late check was a plus!

- great location in downtown Helena - lots of restaurants in walking distance nearby - comfortable and very modern hotel rooms - Breakfast (13$) with lots of fresh options and omelette station
